This is an all-yellow form of Sarracenia purpurea. Develops a dense rosette of upright facing pitchers that are often partially filled with rainwater. Forms a dense clump of low-growing pitchers.
The large flowers are extremely showy, nodding with an umbrella-like style. They are held on tall stems above the plants. The flowers last several weeks, attracting spring pollinators.
